Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these terms will help you understand your rights and obligations as a ba992 player.

References to "including" or "such as" are illustrative and do not limit the generality of preceding words. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual, a corporation, a trust, or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You must not already hold an existing active ba992 account. Each Player is entitled to one account only. Multiple accounts — whether held simultaneously or sequentially — are a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a ba992 employee where that relationship may create a conflict of interest with platform operations.
• You must not be accessing ba992 from a Prohibited Territory where online gaming is expressly forbidden by law.

Registration constitutes your representation and warranty that all information provided is truthful and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. ba992 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misrepresentation of their eligibility status.

Account Obligations and Security

Once your ba992 account is registered, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. The following obligations apply to all registered Players at all times.

• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. ba992 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify ba992 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ba992 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.
• Accurate Information: You must update your account information promptly if any of your registered details change. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay payment processing or trigger a compliance review.
• Single Account: You may not open, operate, or benefit from more than one ba992 account. If duplicate accounts are identified, ba992 will merge, suspend, or close the duplicates at its sole discretion and may void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
• Account Non-Transferability: ba992 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your account or any of its associated credits, bonuses, or winnings to any third party.
• Two-Factor Authentication: ba992 offers optional SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA). Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to protect their accounts. ba992 accepts reduced liability for unauthorised access on accounts where 2FA was available but not activated by the Player.

ba992 logs all login activity by IP address, device fingerprint, and timestamp. This data is retained for fraud prevention and compliance purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Players may review their recent login history from within their account settings.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on ba992 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ba992 supports a broad range of Bangladesh-native payment channels to ensure maximum convenience for players across all regions of the country.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

ba992 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Crash games and sports bets contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used within the promotional validity period (as stated on the individual promotion) will expire and be removed from the Player's Bonus Balance without notice.
• Withdrawal Sequencing: When a Player's account holds both a real-money Balance and a Bonus Balance, real-money funds are used first for wagers unless the Player explicitly selects otherwise. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba992. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any aspect of the Platform without explicit written permission from ba992.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — whether in ba992's own systems or in a third-party game — for financial gain. Any winnings generated through a confirmed exploit are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any ba992 staff member to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using ba992 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or the proceeds of crime. ba992 maintains an active Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or evade a self-exclusion or suspension decision.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification or at any other point during your relationship with ba992.
• Performing chargeback fraud — initiating payment disputes with your MFS provider or bank for deposits that were legitimately used for gambling on ba992.
• Attempting to access another Player's account, interfering with the Platform's technical infrastructure, or conducting any form of denial-of-service, hacking, or reverse engineering activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

ba992 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account in the following circumstances, without being required to provide advance notice where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or fraud prevention measure.

• Player-Initiated Closure: A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any pending transactions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who request self-exclusion through ba992's responsible gaming tools will have their account suspended for the requested period. During a self-exclusion period, no new deposits, bets, or logins are permitted. Players may not reverse a self-exclusion decision until the specified period has elapsed.
• Breach of Terms: ba992 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. • Extended Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ba992 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Player via their registered email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee to the account balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a re-verification check.
• Regulatory Requirement: ba992 may be required to close accounts or restrict access in response to lawful instructions from competent authorities.

Upon permanent account closure, ba992 will retain transaction records, KYC documentation, and chat logs for the period required by applicable data retention obligations. Retained data is handled in accordance with the ba992 Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba992 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the Platform, its availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from errors. The following limitations apply to ba992's liability towards all Players.

• ba992 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of how such loss arises and whether ba992 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• ba992's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ba992 is not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, MFS provider downtime (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), banking system failures, government action, natural disasters, or any force majeure event.
• ba992 makes no representation that any specific game will be available at all times or that access to the Platform will be uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability.
• Players accept that online gambling involves risk and that it is possible to lose funds wagered on ba992. Gambling losses are not refundable except in the specific circumstances described elsewhere in these Terms (e.g., confirmed malfunction voids).

Nothing in these Terms limits ba992's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. This limitation of liability section does not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

Governing Law and Amendments

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players accessing ba992 from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Amendments: ba992 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ba992 will publish a revised version on ba992.app with an updated effective date, and will where practicable notify registered Players via their registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the ba992 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ba992 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
